5 Star Kitchens

Following on from an unannounced visit by the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Environmental Health department on Monday the 1st Nov 2011, I am proud to announce that the John Munroe Hospital Kitchen was awarded 5 stars again for food hygiene practice and hygienic conditions click here for report:

Staffordshire Moorland District Council have also awarded the Edith Shaw Hospital 5 stars for its Kitchen on the 12th of August 2010. No contraventions were found at the time by the Environmental Health Officer.

She also commitment that the standards currently being achieved were well above average for this type of business.

This underlines the commitement of the organisation in ensuring quality food in prepared and served in a quality environment. At the John Munroe Hospital Group all aspects of patients care are taken very seriously, including food preparation and hygiene.
