Food Hygiene at the John Munroe Hospital

After hard work and dedication Steve Gornell, Head Chef, and his team have worked hard to meet the rigorous food hygiene legislation and sucessfully increased the organisations food hygiene rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.

This only goes to underpin how important food and nutrition is for the organisation and its how important it is prepare it for our patient group in a safe and proper environment.
