The Twilight position is an opportunity for individuals to either get into the healthcare industry (if they have a young family) or to earn extra money in a second job – hence why the start and finish times are negotiable (within reason).

We Require Clinical Support Workers at the John Munroe Hospital - Rudyard

Brief overview of the organisation:

The John Munroe Hospital Group has 61 beds and is situated in the Staffordshire Moorlands. The Group provides care for patients with severe and enduring mental illness, who may also be detained under section 3 of the 1983 Mental Health Act.

Please note that this can be a physically demanding role due to the nature of the patient group and the fact that you will be trained in the Management of Actual and Potential Aggression (MAPA) method of de-escilation and physical restraint - so please take this into consideration before applying

Skills and knowledge required:

• Good communication skills and flexibility are essential
• Care experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given
• We will actively encourage you to train up to NVQ 2
• If you have NVQ 2 or 3 please apply as we offer higher bandings rates
• Please Note: We may as part of your role ask you to work varying shifts at both the John Munroe Hospital and the Edith Shaw Hospital
