Following the development of our Specialist Homecare and Supported Living Division, we are looking for an experienced professional to develop and manage services from our office in Leek, Staffordshire. We will be focusing on the provision of high quality, reliable, personalised support for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and additional complex physical and mental health needs.
Ability 2 Achieve is a newly developed Domiciliary Care and Supported Living agency working to provide personal care and support to adults who are elderly, have learning disabilities or experiencing mental ill health.
We are hoping to recruit support workers to work with service users in their own homes and local community. No previous experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You should have a positive attitude, keen to deliver a person centred service in a professional and supportive manner.
Service User requirements mean that you should preferably be a car driver and be able to obtain a satisfactory Enhanced CRB
