Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN / RNLD).

Permanent | North Staffordshire

John Munroe Froup has a permanent job vacancy based in North Staffordshire for a Ward Manager.

  • Salary £40,560 pa - 40 hours per week.


  • £1000 joining bonus (Terms and Conditions Apply - if applying direct and not via an agency).
  • £3000 KPI based bonus scheme.
  • If required to work weekends - £2.00 per hour

  • Travel claim - 0.20 pence per mile to and from work.

Applicant requirements: -

  • NMC (Nursing& Midwifery Council Registered)
  • Extensive clinical and management experience
  • Fine-tuned decision-making skills
  • Effective organisational capability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong ' Can Do' attitude
  • A role model to other staff - providing advice and support to promote good practice
  • Enable and encourage team members to expand and develop their own competencies.
  • Help your ward and organisation achieve outstanding a CQC report.
  • Participate in the on call system

An enhanced DBS and two references are required before commencement in post.
